Inspector and Instructor
After decades in the construction industry, Tom Langley established Turn Key Home Inspection to reflect the values that have guided both his personal and professional life. Tom believes that while knowledge and experience are essential, integrity remains the most important service he can provide to his clients.
With more than 35 years of residential and commercial construction experience and over 5,000 inspections performed, Tom has developed extensive knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and property performance. His experience allows him to evaluate homes from both a construction and building science perspective, helping clients better understand the condition of the property they are purchasing.
Tom is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Professional Home Inspector and also holds a Mold Assessment Consultant license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). In addition, he is a he holds a license as a Certified Applicator through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for wood-destroying insect inspections and is certified by the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT) for septic system inspections.
In addition to serving clients throughout Texas, Tom is a Texas Senior Technical Trainer and Lead Texas Instructor with ATI, one of the nation's leading home inspection training organizations. Through classroom instruction and hands-on field training, he helps educate and mentor both new and experienced inspectors while remaining actively engaged in the inspection profession.

Stewart Gaines - Home Inspector
Turn Key Home Inspectionis represented in the East Texas area by seasoned professional and long-time resident Stewart Gaines. Stewart has deep roots in Anderson County and has lived in Palestine, Texas most of his life.
After graduating from Palestine High School in 1983, he attended South West Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. In 1987, Stewart graduated with a BBA in Marketing. After completing his education, he decided he wanted to be a business owner. Stewart owned and operated a retail liquor store in Palestine for eight years until he decided to sell it in 2005.
In 2007, Stewart developed an interest in the home inspection industry. It wasn’t long before he began the educational and licensing process to become a professional home inspector and pest control technician.
Stewart has held a professional inspector’s license since 2009. He completely understands a prospective homeowner’s concerns when purchasing real estate. During his report presentation, Stewart is committed to making sure the prospective homeowner understands the process every step of the way. He will go over the inspection, answer any questions and give an in-depth report to you so that you can make an informed financial decision.
As a professional in the home inspection industry, Stewart is known to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Stewart’s interests outside of work include his family, their dog, motocross, cooking, and outside activities.

Courtney Davis
Courtney Davis is a native Houstonian with a background in residential construction and home inspections. After completing his professional training through the American Training Institute (ATI), he joined Turn Key Home Inspection, bringing with him a practical understanding of residential construction, building systems, and structural components.

Working within the building-science approach established by Turn Key Home Inspection, Courtney focuses on identifying conditions that may impact a home's safety, performance, and long-term durability. He is committed to providing thorough inspections, clear communication, and professional service, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
